Overview:

Chris, a young alcoholic, is not interested in his family’s weird mortuary business. He just wants to be a comedian and make people laugh.

The economy is tough and his drug habit is getting bad. It is hard to make a move under such sorry conditions. Then there’s Zoie. She is as hot as they come, with plans of her own. This is a dark, fast moving, romantic comedy with a strange spiritual twist. Like the story says, “I don’t think Jesus did it this way.”

"I Highly Recommend Zoie”.
Here is a very intriguing story that took multiple turns and kept me in suspense. I did not want to put it down. It’s a great read. The characters are so spot on that I felt like I could see them as read. I look forward to reading more stories from Jack.

“Zoie Brings a Dark Side of Spirituality”.
Zoie brings a dark side of spirituality in which a young man struggles to find his way in society, unsure about his religious and spiritual upbringing, the temptations of the street, and an unexpected love. The novella takes the reader through the journey of a young man who meets and interacts with people from all walks of life. The hope that a stranger can bring into one’s life unexpectedly and the outcome of faith as small as a mustard seed. A great and enjoyable read.
